Calculated, "What follows is a vignette from the book "Inside Job," written by Steven Pizzo."

A fine book. And quite a dramatic read. For me, it was also an eye opener as much of what Pizzo wrote about was centered around the Bay Area, and I had some indirect contacts with a few of the institutions named in the book. I had the pleasure of meeting Pizzo once and hearing him talk about later developments and some issues not even in the book. Exchanged a few letters with him, too.

Highly recommended reading.

The attacks coming from all over. Another new one out is "Greenspan's Fraud - How Two Decades of His Policies Have Undermined the Global Economy" by Ravi Batra

You wonder how different it would have turned out in the late 1980's and early 1990's if monetary policy and real estate tax breaks were handled the way they have been lately.

I think that just demonstrates that the chameleon nature of Greenspan goes way back. He's always been a go along to get along kind of guy. Who knows what the man really believes, if anything.
