ith all the evidence to the contrary, what makes you think its growing weaker? I didn't say that. I don't think I have any tools to measure its strength. I don't think an uptick in news reports of bombings in a given month indicates the insurgent killers are within reach of toppling the new Iraqi regime, which is the key thing that matters when discussing their "strength". The general population is not going to side with insurgent killers over the long term. And I think the coalition should initiate the draw down of non-Iraqi troops as soon as possible.
