It hasn't been but its growing. More and more the Sunnis are targeting the Shia and the Kurds as well as the Iraqi and US soldiers. In fact their scope has increased so significantly in the last 6 months you almost have to assume they've experienced a significant increase in manpower.

I read that there are about 80 attacks a day, but only two or three are ever described in the newspaper.
