My favorite is Helen Thomas. She was the dean of white house correspondents. As a courtesy to her stature, every president before Bush and every WH spokesperson before Ari let her to pose the first question. She sat in the front row.

Since she disagreed with the administration she was relegated to the back row, even further back than male prostitute Gannon. She is now with Hearst newspaper Seattle Times.

She was made an example for others to get on the neocons' side.
