That's a real handy little bit of SPECULATION. It's also beside the point.

So much of a fuss is being made about denying an up or down vote. Well the republicans did it over and over again when it fit their agenda. They are just being hypocritical now.

Hell... they weren't even given the courtesy of hearings in the judiciary committee.

Kinda like a pocket veto, their nominations were killed without having any votes.

So, how the Hell do you know that "all" of them would have lost if voted upon?

If that was true, then why be afraid of holding votes?
