After 9-11 the whole world loved us, including most Arabs. Gaddafi and Arafat were sending their deepest condolances. Now, the whole Arab world hates us except for a few western Arabs and friends of Bush.

This is not the way to run a foreign policy. Bush has failed. Even if we partly succeed now it will be much more costly than it had to be.
