The way I see it republicans are going to overstep.

It's the classic mistake fundamentalist egotists make.

And that is exactly who is in charge if the republican party right now.

Thats the whole point. The Democratic party has been shown to offer NOTHING for the PEOPLE, only for THEMSELVES, thus with each election their power dwindles. They can now ONLY get their ANTI AMERICAN AGENDA in play through the liberal judiciary. They know it, and they are DESPERATE to hold on to that last bastion of their power. Their actions only prove how ignorant they really are. Zell Miller and others have seen this coming which is why they bailed out of politics. jdn
