Dumping is intentionally taking losses to gain a new market or to hurt or eliminate a competitor, not just losing money. If losing money on any product or type of product, or in any sector was dumping then dumping would be ubiquitous.

Well obviously AMD is doing it to harm Intel.

Everybody knows that. ;-}

The founder and chairman of Gateway, the third-largest US personal computer maker, said on Thursday he was resigning to focus on private investments and charitable interests.

The departure of Ted Waitt, the executive behind Gateway's cow-patterned boxes, comes as the company struggles to regain its footing in an intensely competitive PC market dominated by Dell and Hewlett-Packard.
