I wonder if a judge's approval/position has ever been challenged on such a basis. It's amazing to me that over 200 Bush judge appointees have been approved, but they are still willing to go to war over the 10 that haven't. It just shows how much they resent ANY dissent to their plans. It's like they said earlier "you're either with us or you're against us". It's like "check your brain at the door" completely. What a sad state of affairs for this country. And now they want to bankrupt social security, a program that has worked wonderfully for decades!
