Get rid of some of the worn out neocon rhetoric as well as Donald MacNamara management style and be a tough idealist without illusions as JFK once said. There is no reason that realist/idealist dems cant run that war. First step should be to set a timeline. Wake up the shiaa, the iranians, the good sunnis and the kurds. Cant have it both ways--if you dont want uncle fighting for you then win it yourself boys and girls. A year is a enough time. Mike
