The filibuster isn't mentioned anywhere in the Constitution. Instead, it's just a Senate rule, but one with a lot of tradition behind it. All Frist wants to do is abolish it for judicial nominees.

Why just them?

The only one living in an alternate reality is Harry Reid. Even Barbara Boxer is at least honest about what's going on.
