I am not basing my views on CNN. While it is true that the infrastructure is slowly being repaired, the determination and sophistication of the insurgency, the will of the Iraqi people to stop the insurgency, the possibility of civil war, and the participation in the insurgency by Al Qaeda, which is well-funded and sophisticated, are much more important factors to consider than how fast we are rebuilding the infrastructure in determining possible outcomes.
