Individual rights need not include military arsenals, sorry. Too dangerous. Even if you're careful, your house coub be robbed or your kid could get ahold of the weapons. Your house could burn down and your ammo could explode. All kinds of public safety issues there.

The 2nd amendment was written before there was a difference between hunting weapons and military weapons. The Founding Fathers would be horrified by the NRA's more extremist views.
