No draft has even been comprehensive. They draft the number they need. Now there have always been accusations that the local draft boards neglect to call some because of person or political ties, so make it a lottery.


You mean like GW Bush? Oh wait, he served admirably in the Air National Fraternity.

The point is to eliminate certain groups being able to avoid serving while others don't have a choice.

The only way people don't have a choice is if their is a draft.

I don't care much about groups. My concern is for the individuals involved. If the individuals are willing and capable that is great. If they are unwilling or incapable than we (or at least I) have a problem.
