On a serious note no explicit mention of the Seaway ?

Well any move towards separation or the imposition of tolls will cause the US to renovate the Erie Canal.... But I expect that Quebec will look at it as an international waterway. it would seem to me that any ship wanting to go through the seaway has to pass through Canadian waters first. Should Quebec want to regulate passage through the seaway, we would of course have to do the same. So it should not be a problem....
