before Canada partitions Quebec :O) Canada likes Quebec just as it is. Please understand I want Quebec to stay within Canada. But I feel that the present situation does neither Quebec nor the rest of Canada any good. And the politicians have never actually looked at the situation and said okay here is how it will work. I think Mr. Duceppe needs to know what position the rest of the country will take, before he risks another referendum..... So this would actually be Quebec Choosing to partition itself from Canada.
