stockie-

you read it in two minutes and sent a reply already?

wow, you are fast.

slow down hijo.

did you also check out biobay.com that sue mentioned?

here are some more questions:

is there such a thing as an evil species?

if so, should we kill 'em? how about rattlesnakes? they're deadly, right?

what about people? are there evil people? bad guys? 100 percent? should we kill 'em?

do you know anyone who has killed a person
while committing a crime? would you kill them?

what if that person was your son or daughter?

why would this make a difference?

are there angelic people? good guys? 100 percent? should we idolize them?

do you know anyone personally who has never said a discouraging
word? or thought a discouraging thought? what if they had
a bad day and walked into your house with a weapon and
said it was time for us to go be with God?

yes. these are unusual questions and most conversations
on the superficial level of media headline stories
assume that everyone knows and agrees on all the answers.

what a preposterous assumption.

then the story jumps right on to step two to discuss
the solution(s) before anyone has the chance to say, "WAIT.
i don't think we have consensus on the original moral
question. i don't think we've even agreed there's a
problem yet."

ahhhh... life... it is an enigma. don't judge it too
quickly... in fact, if you judge it at all... you're
already wrong.

but is it wrong to be wrong?... or is it natural?
