We finally have true speculation around here, at least on houses in the $120K to $200K range. They are seldom on the market for more than a day or two, sometimes just hours. It's a game of musical chairs, and when the music stops (maybe when China lets their currency float) some folks are going to be in deep hurt. Leverage is a two edged sword. Oldsmar is the next town over East. John
