Perhaps biotechs will be the next "surge"? Look at STEM this morning - rocketing along with other stem cell companies. There is little doubt we are in the midst of a new paradigm as proteomics/pharmogeonomics will lead to new medicines.

Governments (States and overseas) are throwing money after these biotechs. That makes sense - these are good jobs - really good jobs. My hats off to San Francisco, but there is just a ton of these biotech "parks" all over the world.
