Oh, I suppose it is justified internally as a measure to psychologically intimidate the general population. But Americans never had to use fear before. Something is desperately wrong with an administration that thinks that way. I am haunted by a dying man asking for water and getting a bottle with holes in the bottom. And that he might have been innocent is almost more than I can handle. This guy was a brother, a friend, a son.....maybe even a father. And he died because he was at the wrong place at the wrong time and because America has been overrun by thugs.
