I am not pro PETA but dont compare them to McVeigh or Rudolph. They have never done anything to intentionally harm people. They have only done extreme acts of vandalism similar to what anti-abortion rights protesters do. Since PETA members are usually pacifist hippie types I doubt they will ever be truly dangerous, but anything's possible.

Whyich goes back to the NRA argument. Should PETA be allowed to organize a militia with military weapons? Why not? Only rightwing extremists should have arsenals?
