We need to get off oil altogether as our #1 fuel. If Bush-Cheney refuse to cooperate then the people will have to drag him into the future. Let's start by never electing another oil executive as a national politician.

Of course there are oil tankers. There is a reason why F-man Cheney and his gang favors tankers over pipelines -- tankers can be sent anywhere (for maximum profit) whereas w/ pipelines corporations are stuck supplying oil to the US. They would never let that happen.
