You know, when Bush was pushing so hard for American soldiers to be immune from charges of war crimes, I figured he was just being paranoid about frivolous accusations. I never dreamed that committing war crimes was an actual tactic they were considering...


By that time, I think they had already been committed. The Red Cross is saying they were getting complaints about Koran desecrations and other abuses as early as 2002.

The Bush administration had no intention of following any of the global committments whether it be the Geneva Conventions, the World Court, the UN, or the Kyoto Protocol. Those items are for non super powers.
