No, Florida just passed a NEW law. It lets people blaze away if they feel threatened ANYWHERE!

news.bbc.co.uk

So, as long as you carry a plant piece with you, and you're not observed, you just whack your guy, plant the gun and say he threatened you! It could even be a knife or a club you plant.
You might even be able to get by with just claiming you THOUGHT he had a gun.

Next Jehovah's Witness or Girl School cookie salesman who comes to your door you can blow away and get off scott free. Good! And if you want to get rid of that neighbor you don't like, just claim he stepped into your home. Better yet, invite him over for a beer then shoot him.

See how these NRA rules can be so easily used to escape murder? I wanted to kill someone in Florida, I'd wave them into my house then gun them down. Da da. No charges would be filed. Come to think of it, you could gun down your wife too, claiming you mistook her for a burglar. or your wife could gun down you. Oops. works both ways.
