If the Mad Cow does as he has promised to do, and votes with the enemy on the constitutional option, it will be an unmistakable sign that he has personally faced up to the fact that he can never get a presidential nomination-and talk about the Mad Cow becoming president will quickly fade, even in the left wing media that has pumped him for years.
