No, you said "square miles", while this is a square mile. But that's nitpicking - this is a big campus and is only a few miles away from a major airport, which may not be "on or at" but it's still pretty close, and is definitely close enough to be helpful.

So, is your point that if any other company ever finds a big block of light manufacturing / warehouse space near an airport, then Dell will have lost its competitive advantage?

Yeah, it is mindboggling how much more land DELL has just in Round Rock...
