And it may be again. Has the bobsledding prince produced an heir?

Ahem...

Monaco: Monaco is technically not part of France. It's a principality whose territory covers only 1.95 square kilometers. It's home to price Rainier, who has ruled since 1949. Residents pay no taxes, due to the casinos. The Grand Casino in Monte Carlo is really something out of an old James Bond movie. Really fancy and high class. The streets of Monaco are also home to F1 racing periodically during the year.
