Bush's war has failed. He should step down from power. In some countries their constitutions have provisions whereby when the public loses faith in a prez, he does the right thing and resigns. Recruitment problems are due to families telling their kids "no way you're going to Iraq, I'd rather you work at Dairy Queen". This is what happens when you rush into war and givbe dishonest excuses. Vietnam was similar except they had the draft then.
