To use force of majority to rig the rules strange choice of words the republicans are using the rules to change the rules concerning filibusters filibusters have already been banned during debate on certain bills already...you don't have a problem with that or you didn't know that? you can't filibuster a budget bill for example... having a minority achieving their party line agendas are worse than the majority achieving their party line agendas wouldn't you agree?
