Wrong. It's because the 10 they bottled up were activist judges that put their own values above the law. (which by the way they have every right to do as the rules currently are)

No, you are not talking advise and consent. Socialists are using a tactic that is not in the Constitution. They are trying to circumvent a system that has been in place for over 200 years! Why? Because they are poor spoiled losers. They lost 2 presidential & congressional elections and it pisses them off.

This is the truth, and the Republicans should advertise the heck out of this. The truth needs to get out to all those of the soap opera mentality.
