Someone could write a really interesting historical novel on fascist Zionism forming the state of Israel with Nazi help, thus avoiding the Holocaust. European Jews would head there, and develope the A-bomb & Fascism ends up ruling the planet. Talk about a tactical screwup on Hilter's part in the 1930's! Unless your fictional Nazis were of a totally different character than your real Nazis, the Zionists would fighting the Nazis soon enough. But you can see why some Zionists could think of alliance, if only in hopes of prying some Jews out of Germany. Remember how hard it was in the 30s for anybody to move anywhere.
