Hi, Bill! About the only changes I've made are being more flexible, and not spending time talking about what I'm doing. I hate to give Jeff credit, but his comments about Group Think were right on. I find I'm a lot more objective when I don't have to answer to a forum for my tactics, or worry about influencing anyone.
