Bush-Cheney really are much worse than Nixon-Agnew. They are much more guilty of much bigger impeachable offenses. Once the Delay congress is gone, depending on the vote count, moderates could, if they wanted to, press for impeachment. Key votes would be the GOP moderates from blue states who would have nothing left to lose by giving Bush-Cheney the heave-ho. In 2008 the likely GOP nominee is a moderate like McCain, Hagel or Guliani. Frist has blown it.
