"The officers had arrested the women on suspicion of public intoxication."

"Rolando Rico Trevino, 28, faces up to 10 years in prison. He will be sentenced Aug. 5."

"Prosecutors said Trevino and then-officer Dwaun Jabbar Guidry, 30, used their position to take advantage of the women's drunkenness following a November 2002 arrest. The women are now from 20 to 22 years old."
