Shame on George for improperly stoking the partisan fires. I like George Will, too. He's level headed and temperate. Never yells. (Plus I usually agree with him. <g>) I didn't get the impression you did of stoking partisan fires. Rather the opposite. I read it as a cautionary tale to those who are so consumed by stacking the court that it's not as simple as the political mantras about restoring the Constitution make it seem and that they may not get what they expect.
