CB, I don't consider him to have ever been a prisoner of war. IMO, he is a prisoner for the murder of his own people. Of course, that can be contested, but I don't really care. Saddam is a psychotic despot that deserves all of the humiliation that can be thrown at him.

The main gist of my opinion, is that our troops have been through enough, and should not be punished for anything they do, short of murder, and killing an enemy in a fire fight is not murder in anybodys language.
