Good article. It really struck home. I have never seen an op-ed covered so fast by so many blogs. He will wonder around as an independent, IMO. Roger L Simon went all the way to an Eagle. Hitchens is a socialist with neocon leanings. One thing that seems to happen, though, to liberals who make the break on FA and PC that this writer did, is that once their eyes are open, they end up at least as a "libertarian" on social and economic issues. Their former friends attack them, and they don't like what they see.
