If so say we have not been attacked in this country since 9-11 is because of our improved security, I would say, 'where are all of the reports of the thwarted attack attempts'.

It was an election year last year, and if the had been any thwarted attacks, you can sure bet that President Bush would have had them all over the media for weeks and weeks.
