GVRP knew about the problem and let it trade. I PERSONALLY talked to the Market maker Twice and told him of the issues... I called the company and left a message with no reply from them... I talked to the Transfer agent 3 times and was told there were 3 stockholders with an OS of 33 million. Simple questions to ask as we all get ready to do a class action ... Who gave him the stock? Why did the Market Maker trade it? (MM must be knowledgeable in a company to trade it's stock) Did a holder of more than 5% of the stock, a possible insider sell with no public notice or SEC filings ??? Millions of dollars worth of stock??? Did that person sell thinking he was gonna be first to screw the public??? Sounds Like there is a short position. and they should be forced to cover in the open market. PERIOD !!! If you trade stocks you should be fully informed and willing to take the risk... and the rewards. We are informed traders, we know the rules even if companies, their legal council, and their Market Makers do not... If we short a stock we pay... SO I say !!!!! Time for them all to pay... I say No to a halt and Yes to a forced cover.
