I would like to suggest that you find a candidate other than Arafat for beatification. I think the word "terrorist" fits much better. Do you think Arafat would not have happily killed enough Israelis to force the rest to flee and have the entire lad to himself? Actually, he would have had to stop at 3 million, that being the entire Israeli population. If you are going to argue against that, let me point out in advance that there are quite a few terrorist organizations out there who have killed several hundreds of people here and there. You might find it difficult to argue that they have done "as much evil in the world as Hitler did". How many hundreds do you get to kill before it's chargeable as murder? Do also remember that while Palestinian terror killed quite a few innocent Israelis, the Israeli army killed FAR MORE innocent Palestinians. If killing Israelis means Arafat = Hitler in terms of evil, then what does killing MORE Palestinians make the Israeli state? To my knowledge, these occurred as part of military operations. Thoses are never clear-cut things where only the bad guys are on the ground at the end. Do you agree with the statement that "Arafat has done as much evil in the world as Hitler did", or are you just taking its side just because you love to argue with me? :-) Well, you do make far more sense than most of your compatriots. :-)
