Thanks for sharing, win, but what's your point? Are you looking for someone to deny these reports? Sorry to disappoint, but I don't think anyone here is going to deny a 2000 page investigative report from the U.S. Army. Perhaps you'd have better luck on one of the leftie circle jerk threads. They tend to classify any official report out of the US government as a pack of lies. Try Soup Nation.

The US has no policy directing the abuse or killing of prisoners. Alleged prisoner abuses are the sole actions of individuals acting outside the limits of their duties. That is why every one of the incidents has been discovered by the US, been corrected by the US, and been prosecuted by the US.
