<<In my work, will only know when we get there, make the big turn and get the price/volume confirmation I want to see before I put a lot of this cash hoard to work.>>

Volume is what's missing for me....signifying another rollover perhaps. A dollar downturn would certainly make it seem more real.

Iso re: ["Intermediate Term bottoms R characterized by disbelief and skepticism, in the early going. But, there's been very little of that in the past few trading sessions."]

....agreed.

I want to see Big Volume in the quality Jr/Small Caps like NTO OZN AUY...I want to see NG strong, I want the quality, low cost, solid balance sheet co's like GG & MDG to show Big Volume over normal #'s...and finally big volume in the Institutional Fav's like NEM PDG AEM et al.

Maybe what we'll see is an exhaustion of selling...with Institutional Money waiting to see if the bottom forms and we can hold back up over 180, or pierce that 190 former resistance level and hold there; before coming back in .

Here is THE positive sign I saw today.

Big Volume/Big Money poured into GLD on the open...very nice sign.

finance.yahoo.com

5+ million in volume vs 1.6 avg vol...and most of it was early this morning driving GLD up...but, then it rolled over on low volume...

I like the unhesitant strong entry at the open.

I always do a little flipping on the Hi-Beta Traders like GSS et al...but, for the most part...sitting pat and watching things play out; as I got what I wanted, mostly at prices I wanted.

PS: ...new Oil ETF coming....that could be interesting.
