Do you know anything about law and the judicial process. When you make statements suggesting that the case was revisited you really show (no offence) your ignorance of the system. One judge made a decision on the admission of testimony as evidence and refuted the admission of other testimony as evidence. All subsequent courts never revisited those testimonies. They just rendered decisions on the application of the laws and whether the initial judge erred in tits application. Important testimony which was rejected by the first judge was never heard by any other subsequent court.
