Here is YET ANOTHER example (from today's news) of the conivence of the courts in maintaining the barriers to entry that prop up the old, tired Parties: I don't see where there is any party affiliation attached to this statement. “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.”
