What a big lie. Oil-gas gouging started the week after Bush-Cheney were nominated and only let up for a short period right after Jeffords switched parties giving the DEmocrats subpoena powers. The gouging is no coincidence with two oil execs in the White House, especially when their close friewnds and allies include almost every powerful oil and gas company and producer in the world.

It's called a huge ripoff and monstrous greed. As soon as Bush-Cheney leave office or the dems get back congress, the prices will go down. Maybe not all the way down, but quite a bit. Never elect oil execs to the White House again. Or any corporate special interest lobbyist type.

See the movie "Enron". It will open your eyes. That 2000 energy crisis was completely phony. Completely. No real shortage whatsoever. And it was all managed out of Texas by Bush's closest corporate friends.
