I agree, this just shows how incredibly stupid our govt representatives are. This was no compromise, it was just a POSTPONEMENT OF THE INEVITABLE. Looks to me like the Dems gave in on the judges they KNEW would make them look awful for fighting and have chosen to fight when a white male judge is nominated for office. McCain is proving to be the Dummy C always has called him. jdn
