OT** I'm all for food talk mc. Yeah we have some good blueberries in the valleys around here. Ate a pint of them last night believe it or not. Early season this year due to the warm sunny weather. They're tough to grow in my condo though.-g

Most produce seems to better out here, especially with California so close. But there are two notable exceptions, corn and field tomatoes. The west can't come close to matching the east on these two. Almost worth a trip back home to get my fix.

OT, mc, I'm surprised you don't have any growing, they are sooo easy to grow... The only problem with raspberries is the thorns, but my kids (and I do too) love to pick and eat them. Nothing like waking up at the lake house in the summer, picking some berries and making fresh muffins. mmmm good, can't wait.
