LOL. I'm confused. Frist is crowing that it makes filibusters almost impossible. Huh? It's simply a gentleman's agreement for the future. He would have been much happier with the nuclear option unless he just wanted to get the two unqualified ninnies on. He doesn't have a clean shot at the Supremes even as Rehnquist gets wheeled into the hospital although the Dems won't be shutting the Senate down for the summer. Then again, the ReptilianRepublicans can try this again around Supreme Court time although this time the Dems will be more prepared, let's hope.
