I think it's more of an administrative thing - international applications to Monaco are made to French consulates (because there are only a few Monegasque consulates around the world), use of ports, roads, etc.

You mean like Switzerland that sold artillery and bullets to the Third Reich right up until about 5 minutes before the armistice, when they realized the Germans were going to lose and it would be a good idea to stop? :-)


I am sure you believe that is an answer to that question. How exactly you think that is not very clear, though...

Anyway, to answer your question: I guess if a hostile army was to march in this direction, we could always sell the other side some Biotherm facial & body creams. That is the only physical produce of Monaco that I am aware of anyway :-)

Or we could throw lots of money to the other side. Or buy off the hostile army's general. If the creams don't work, that is :-)))
