For now, its neither a victory nor a loss, its a POSTPONEMENT. Republicans still have the right to make clear the CONSTITUTION rules on Judicial nominees and Dems feel they have the right to filibuster. The reason many of us are ANGRY is cause a smart general picks his place to do battle, THIS WAS THE PLACE AND THIS WAS THE TIME, later might not be so good. jdn
